


ABOUT
Rockvilla is a quaint stone cottage nestled in a thicket of deodar, pine and oak at the Jabarkhet Estate. Designed by the owners Vipul and Shibani Jain, this idyllic property offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas and the Doon Valley, making it a great place of rejuvenation for the outdoorsy souls as well as for those who seek warm, indoor stays. The tastefully done interiors are curated by Baaya and the home is managed by La Villa Bethany. There are also free cuddles thrown in by the resident dogs for the visiting pet lovers!

THE VILLA
The property has three bedrooms and a common living cum dining and kitchen space. It also has a large terrace and sundeck. Each bedroom is ambient, large and spacious with attached extravagant bathrooms - having a flavour of its own. The Gond Room reflecting the art of the tribals of Madhya Pradesh, the Blue Pottery Room showcases artisanal work from Western India and the Mosaic Room features curated art from various parts of India. The cottage can accommodate between 6 - 10 people and is perfect for a family getaway or an adventurous escape with friends.

Jabarkhet Nature Reserve is a short, scenic walk from Rockvilla, a vast private reserve flourishing on 110-acres of lush green forests. Co-founded by the Jains and an expert environmentalist, the reserve houses over a hundred species of birds as well as wildlife such as deers, the Himalayan goral, yellow-throated pine martens, black bears, wild boars and jungle cats. It also has well-marked trails that you can walk on, either by yourself or along with our trained guides.
